摘  要:根据提花龙头组件装配中面板的电磁铁装配需求,设计了一种提花龙头组件电磁铁全自动装配机构。对上料机构振动盘的轨道及夹装机构进行了设计,通过SolidWorks软件对电磁铁装配整体机构进行三维建模,并对机构中夹爪部分进行了优化设计;同时,对机构控制系统进行了设计,对机构整体进行了动画仿真,并搭建试验平台验证了其可行性,试验结果表明:该机构在每分钟装配7个电磁铁的工作频率下,成功率达97%,为企业后续进行全自动装配线的开发提供了可靠的前期准备。According to the assembly requirements of the electromagnet assembly panel in the assembly of jacquard faucet components,a fully automatic assembly mechanism of jacquard faucet assembly electromagnets is designed.For the track of the vibrating plate of the feeding mechanism,and the design of the clamping mechanism,and then through SolidWorks software to the electromagnetic assembly of the overall mechanism of the three-dimensional modeling,the mechanism in the gripper part of the optimization design,as well as the design of the mechanism control system,in addition to the mechanism as a whole animation simulation,the construction of the experimental platform to verify its feasibility,and finally through a large number of experimental data to conclude:the mechanism assembly efficiency of the average of seven electromagnets per minute,the success rate of up to 97%.
