摘 要:【目的】为探究混凝土因钢纤维腐蚀引发的损伤行为,采用X射线计算机断层扫描技术对UHPSFRC试样的通电加速腐蚀过程进行无损测试。【方法】通过高分辨率的三维重建,对试样腐蚀损伤过程及分布特征进行可视化表征与定量分析。【结果】结果表明:钢纤维腐蚀造成UHPSFRC混凝土保护层发生由外到内的腐蚀损伤。随着通电时间的增加,钢纤维腐蚀速率加快,初始损伤区域的损伤程度加重。【结论】研究认为,X-CT可以作为研究钢纤维腐蚀及腐蚀诱导混凝土保护层损伤的有力工具,且具有较高的适用度与准确性。[Purposes] To investigate the damage behavior of concrete caused by corrosion of steel fibers,the electrically accelerated corrosion process of the UHPSFRC specimen was non-destructively tested by X-ray computed tomography.[Methods] Visual characterization and quantitative analysis of the corrosion damage process and distribution characteristics of the specimen were conducted through highresolution 3D reconstruction.[Findings] The results show that thecorrosion of steel fibers leads to corrosion damage from the outside to the inside of the UHPSFRC concrete cover.With the increase of energization time,the corrosion rate of steel fiber accelerates,and the degree of damage in the initial damage area increases.[Conclusions] The study concluded that X-CT can be used as a powerful tool to study steel fiber corrosion and corrosion-induced damage ofconcrete cover,and has a high degree of applicability and accuracy.
