摘　　要：【目的】梳理河南省电池产业的发展态势以及在国内电池产业中所占的地位,为相关电池企业的发展方向和专利布局提供参考建议。【方法】从河南省近年来电池产业的发展、创新现状及知识产权服务存在的问题出发,对国内电池产业及河南省电池产业相关的专利信息进行检索、分析和研究。【结果】分析了河南省电池产业在全国所处的位置,以及河南省电池产业的整体情况和各地市电池产业布局情况。【结论】河南省电池产业发展水平处于国内各省市的中上游,但是相较于国内电池产业头部省份,仍有相当大的差距,企业研发能力和创新能力有待提升,知识产权保护意识需要加强。[Purposes] To sort out the development trend of the battery industry in Henan Province and its position in the domestic battery industry and provide reference for the development direction and patent layout of relevant battery enterprises.[Methods] Starting from the development and innovation status of the battery industry in Henan Province in recent years and the existing problems of intellectual property services,the patent information related to the domestic battery industry and the battery industry in Henan Province was searched,analyzed and studied.[Findings] The position of the battery industry in Henan Province in the country,the overall situation of the battery industry in Henan Province and the layout of the battery industry in various cities were analyzed.[Conclusions] The development level of the battery industry in Henan Province is at the middle and upper reaches of all provinces and cities in China,but there is still a considerable gap compared with the leading provinces in the domestic battery industry.The RD and innovation capabilities of enterprises need to be improved,and the awareness of intellectual property protection needs to be strengthened.
