医养结合背景下高职护理专业人才培养模式研究

摘　　要：人口老龄化程度的加深和健康观念的转变对护理人才培养提出了更高的要求。本文采用文献分析法、调查法和访谈法对国内9个省或自治区的护理行业专家、护理机构管理者与从业者、高职院校护理专业教师与毕业生进行调查,以了解护理专业的发展趋势、人才结构、能力需求、课程教学等方面情况,明晰高职护理专业人才培养现状,为构建医养结合背景下人才培养模式提供参与依据。The increasingly aging society and the change of health concept put forward higher requirements for the training of nursing talents.This paper uses the methods of literature analysis,investigation and interview to investigate the nursing industry experts,institutional managers and practitioners,nursing teachers and graduates of higher vocational colleges in 9 provinces or autonomous regions in China,to understand the development trend,talent structure,ability needs,curriculum teaching and other aspects of the nursing profession,to clarify the current situation of nursing professional training in higher vocational colleges,and to provide a basis for the construction of the"combination of medical and nursing**talent training model.
