摘　　要：[目的/意义]今天的企业面临快速变化的竞争环境。弱信号是发现早期变化趋势的重要工具。弱信号的信息源多种多样,公司年报是其中的一种。文章提供了一个基于公司年报信息源,发现弱信号的示范案例。[方法/过程]选择10家具有代表性的公司在过去10年的年报,采用内容分析方法,利用Atlas.ti 9软件分析企业对“合规”的注意力,以及具体的组织行动。[结果/结论]近年来公司对合规的注意力呈快速上升趋势。合规管理实践涉及多个领域且范围不断扩展,意味着该领域未来存在巨大的人才需求机会。[Purpose/significance]Today’s businesses face a rapidly changing competitive environment.Weak signals are an important tool for detecting early changing trends.There are various sources of information for weak signals,and corporate annual reports are one of them.This study provides a demonstration case of detecting weak signals based on the information source of the corporate annual reports.[Method/process]This article selects the annual reports of ten representative companies in the past 10 years,and uses content analysis method with the help of Atlas.ti 9 software to analyze the company’s attention to“compliance”and specific organizational actions.[Result/conclusion]In recent years,the company’s attention on compliance has shown a rapid upward trend.The practice of compliance management involves many fields,and the scope is constantly expanding,which means that there will be huge opportunities for talent demand in this field in the years to come.
