摘　　要：[目的/意义]“政府开放数据生态链协同共生”作为协同逻辑和共生状态的有机融合,为探索数字时代政府开放数据生态链的发展提供新思路。[方法/过程]首先,文章对政府开放数据生态链协同共生的概念进行界定,解析其4个协同共生单元:政府部门、数据生产者、数据传播者、数据利用者;其次,探究了政府开放数据生态链链内、链间、链内外网状三种协同共生类型;最后,基于SEIDR流行病模型,提出政府开放数据生态链传播及协同共生模型,并用MATLAB进行数值模拟。[结果/结论]仿真结果显示,无论链内、链间还是链内外网状协同共生,其数据信息传播量均大于原值,其中链内外网状模式最优。该结果为政府开放数据生态链构建了协同共生的增效成长模式。[Purpose/significance]As an organic fusion of collaborative logic and symbiosis state,“collaborative symbiosis of government open data ecological chain”provides a new idea for exploring the development of government open data ecological chain in the digital era.[Method/process]Firstly,this paper defines the concept of collaborative symbiosis of government open data ecological chain,and analyzes its four collaborative symbiosis units:government departments,data producers,data disseminators,and data users.Secondly,three types of synergistic symbiosis,namely intra-chain,inter-chain and the network mode inside and outside the chain,are explored in the government open data ecological chain.Finally,based on the SEIDR epidemic model,the propagation and co-occurrence model of government open data ecological chain is proposed,and the numerical simulation is carried out with MATLAB.[Result/conclusion]The simulation results show that the propagation of data information is greater than the original value no matter which kind of collaborative symbiosis,and the network mode inside and outside the chain is the best.The result establishes a synergistic growth model for the government’s open data ecological chain.
