摘　　要：[目的/意义]有效测度和分析学术虚拟社区的知识交流效率对于提高虚拟社区服务水平和满足用户高质量学术信息服务体验都有着非常重要的作用。[方法/过程]首先,文章以学术虚拟社区的博文关键词为研究对象,提出了相关的网络结构设计;其次,利用博文所在的学科版块作为维度、学科子类别作为联盟提出了相应知识空间的设计方法;最后,构建了时序节点坐标平均移动距离和结合节点度的协作效率两个基于协作效率测度的知识交流效率指标以及一个基于网络外向性的知识交流效率指标。[结果/结论]利用科学网三个学科版块的博文数据,同时结合知识传播系数、网络演化时间等因素,实验验证了相关分析方法和知识效率指标的测度方法,并对分析结果都做了全面的阐述和说明。这些结果可以为知识交流效率提升、版块优化和用户留存等学术虚拟社区发展和改进措施提出策略支持。[Purpose/significance]Effectively measuring and analyzing the knowledge exchange efficiency of academic virtual community play a very important role in improving the service level of virtual community and meeting the users’high-quality aca-demic information service experience.[Method/process]Firstly,this paper takes the blog keywords of the academic virtual com-munity as the research object,and puts forward the relevant network structure design.Secondly,the corresponding knowledge space is designed by using the discipline section where the blog is located as the dimension and the discipline subcategory as the alliance.Finally,two knowledge exchange efficiency indicators based on the measurement of cooperation efficiency,namely the av-erage moving distance of time-series node coordinates and the cooperation efficiency based on node degree,and one indicator of the knowledge exchange efficiency based on network extroversion are constructed.[Result/conclusion]By using the blog data of the three discipline sections of ScienceNet,and combining with factors such as knowledge transmission coefficient and network evolution time,experiments verify the correlation analysis and the measurement method of knowledge efficiency indicators,and comprehen-sively explain the analysis results.These results can provide strategic support for the development and improvement of academic vir-tual community,such as the improvement of knowledge exchange efficiency,forum optimization and user retention.
