摘 要:为了研究大口径水表现场使用状态超差的问题,通过观察供水管道现场大口径水表的安装情况,比较其与实验室测量条件的不同点,采用在实验室模拟现场测量条件的方式,分析引起示值误差超差的影响因素。研究结果表明,水表抗扰动能力和供水压力对水表的示值误差影响较小,水表最大示值误差变化量分别为0.4%和0.6%;在水表前安装闸阀且开度较小时对水表的示值误差影响很大,测量流量点下的水表最大示值误差变化量为949.3%,极大地偏离了正常值。In order to study the problem that the indication errors of the large-diameter water performance field exceeds the MPEs,by observing the installation of the large-diameter water meter on the water supply pipeline site,comparing the differences between the field measurement conditions and the laboratory measurement conditions,and simulating the field measurement conditions in the laboratory,the influence factors of the indication error are analyzed.The results show that the anti-disturbance ability and water supply pressure of the water meter have little effect on the indication error of the water meter,and the maximum indication error changes of the water meter are 0.4%and 0.6%,respectively.When the gate valve is installed in front of the water meter and the opening is small,the indication error of the water meter has a great influence,and the maximum indication error change of the water meter under the measured flow point is 949.3%,which greatly deviates from the normal value.
