摘　　要：本研究优化藏药三果汤中没食子酸的最佳水提取工艺。以没食子酸的溶出量作为评价指标,通过单因素试验和L_(9)(4^(3))正交试验法,考察加水量、浸泡时间、煎煮时间及煎煮次数对藏药三果汤水提取效果的影响。藏药三果汤的最佳水提取工艺为加30倍量水浸泡10min,煎煮40min,煎煮3次。该方法优选的藏药三果汤水提取工艺合理、稳定可行,可为日后工业化生产提供科学依据。To optimize the optimal aqueous extraction process ofthe Tibetan medicine Triphala Decoction,the effects ofwater addition,soaking time,decoction time and decoction times on the water extraction effect of Tibetan medicine Triphala Decoction were investigated by single-factor test and L_(9)(4^(3))orthogonal test method,using the dissolution amount of gallic acid as the evaluation index.The optimal water extraction process for the Tibetan medicine Triphala Decoction,add 30 times the amount ofwaterto soak for 10 min,decoct for 40 min,and decoct for 3 times.The water extraction process of Tibetan Medicine Triphala Decoction selected by this method is reasonable,stable and feasible,which can provide a scientific basis for the future industrial production.
