摘　　要：建立气相色谱串联质谱方法监测款冬花中114种农药残留。样品采用乙腈分次萃取浓缩、磷酸三苯酯内标方法定量,应用多反应监测(MRM)分析技术的气相色谱串联质谱联用技术建立农药多残留检测方法。114种农药在1~100 ng/mL线性范围内各农药的相关系数r均大于0.99,呈良好的线性关系。灵敏度试验为取校准曲线最低浓度点色谱图,计算信噪比,均大于10。农药回收率在70%~120%,RSD≤15%,符合痕量多残留分析技术要求。蜜制款冬花中筛查出苯醚甲环唑,款冬花中筛查出苯醚甲环唑和五氯硝基苯等成分。本方法简便准确,筛查款冬花农残成分具有导向性,节约检测成本,为市场监管提供靶向依据。To establish a method for the determination of 114 pesticides residues in Farfarae Flos by gas chromatography tandemmass spectrometry.The samples were extracted and concentrated by acetonitrile,quantified by triphenyl phosphate internal standard method,and the residues detection method of pesticides was established by gas chromatography tandemmass spectrometry using multi reaction monitoring mode analysis technology.The correlation coefficient r of 114 pesticides was greater than 0.99 in the linear range of 1~100 ng/mL,showing a good linear relationship.The sensitivity experiment is to take the chromatogramof the lowest concentration point of the calibration curve and calculate the signal to noise ratio which is greater than 10.The recovery rate of pesticides is between 70%~120%,RSD≤15%,meeting the technical requirements of trace multi residue analysis.Difenoconazole and pentachloronitrobenzene were screened from Farfarae Flos.This method is simple and accurate,which can screen the pesticide residues in this Farfarae Flos.It has guidance,reduces the detection cost,and provides a targeted basis for market supervision.
