摘  要:本研究运用RP-HPLC建立辽宁省10种中药蒲公英指纹图谱,为提高蒲公英的质量控制手段提供依据。采用C18色谱柱,流动相为甲醇和水,pH为3.8流动相进行梯度洗脱,系统检测波长设为323 nm,测定辽宁省10种蒲公英色谱图,制定指纹图谱。结果显示,色谱图中绝大多数峰都可以达到有效分离。通过对标准品绿原酸峰(5号)的比较,共检测出22个共有峰。该分析方法具有良好的精密度、重复性和稳定性,符合指纹图谱要求。本方法准确可靠,可用于辽宁省10种蒲公英化学指纹图谱分析,进而保证辽宁省蒲公英药材质量。Using RP-HPLC to establish Taraxacum fingerprint of TCM,in order to improve the quality of the Taraxacum control provides the basis.Kromasil 100-5 C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),mobile phase of methanol(A)-water(B),ice acetic acid the pH value of 3.8 for the mobile phase,gradient elution systemdetection wavelength of 323 nm,column temperature(35.0±0.15)℃,sample quantity including 10 μL,flowrate of 1.0 mL min^(-1),determination of 10 kinds of Taraxacum fingerprint in Liaoning province.Results display that most of the chromatogrampeak can be effectively separated.Based on the standard light green(5)the comparison of the original acid peak,22 common peak were detected.The analysis method of specific good precision,repeatability and stability,and conform to the requirements of the fingerprint.This method is accurate and reliable and can be used for Liaoning province ten kinds of Taraxacum chemical RT-HPLC analysis,and ensure the quality of Taraxacum medicinal materials in Liaoning province.
