摘　　要：鹿茸作为传统中医药资源,药用历史悠久,但其功效和作用机制尚不清楚。秀丽线虫(Caenorhabditis elegans)生命周期短、便于操作观察与人类基因有高度保守性,在药物高通量筛选,了解药物作用机制等方面发挥重要作用。本文综述了鹿茸活性成分及主要功效的研究进展,结合秀丽线虫在鹿茸药用成分筛选和功效研究中的应用,为鹿茸产品开发利用和产业高质量健康发展奠定基础。As a Traditional Chinese Medicine,velvet antler has a long medicinal history.However,its efficacy and mechanism ofaction are still unclear.Considering the fact that Caenorhabditis elegans has a short life cycle,is easy to operate and observe,and is highly conserved with human genes,C.elegans plays an important role in drug discovery and is a good model system for dissecting the action of drug mechanism.This work aims to review the velvet antler active ingredients and summarize their therapeutic functions.Particularly,the progress of the C.elegans based pharmacological characterizations of the velvet antler active ingredients will be highlighted.This would be of help for the development and utilization of velvet antler products,high-quality and healthy development of the industry.
