摘　　要：哈蟆油为我国名贵动物药,具有补肾益精和养阴润肺的功效。近年来,对哈蟆油的研究逐渐丰富,研究表明,哈蟆油含有多种氨基酸、多不饱和脂肪酸,具有多种药理活性。哈蟆油能够增强免疫力,延缓衰老和抗机体疲劳。另外,哈蟆油能够增强生殖系统活性,发挥抗抑郁作用,治疗哮喘、咳嗽及骨质疏松等疾病,具有抗肿瘤作用。作为药食同源的滋补动物药,哈蟆油可制备成片剂、胶囊、颗粒剂和饮品及糖果等多种剂型并进行广泛应用。本研究对近年来哈蟆油的化学组成、药理作用机制及其制剂研究进行综述,以期为哈蟆油的应用开发与机制阐明提供参考。Ranae oviductus is a valuable animal medicine in China,which has the effects of nourishing the kidney and essence,nourishing yin and moisturizing the lungs.In recent years,modern research on Ranae oviductus has gradually been enriched.Studies have shown that Oviductus Ranae contains a variety ofamino acids,polyunsaturated fatty acids and trace elements.Ranae oviductus can enhance immunity,delay aging and resist body fatigue.In addition,Ranae oviductus could enhance the activity ofthe reproductive system,play an antidepressant role,treatasthma,cough,osteoporosis and other diseases.As a nourishing animal drug with the same originas medicine and food,Ranae oviductus can be prepared into tablets,capsules,granules,beverages,candy and other dosage forms and be widely used.In this paper,the chemical components,formulation research,pharmacological activities and mechanisms of Ranae oviductus were reviewed in order to provide theoretical basis for its application and mechanism elucidation.
