摘　　要：高校财务部门日常运作中会产生大量的财务数据,过去这些数据大部分都会以纸质档案的形式保存起来,再次利用的难度较大。OCR技术通过表格检测和数字识别可对财务档案中的数据和表格进行特征识别。笔者提出设计一种基于OCR技术的高校财务档案管理系统,将传统高校财务档案先扫描成图像格式,再通过OCR技术对档案中的表格、文字与数据进行自动识别和提取,然后实现高校财务档案的全面信息化建库管理。该系统可使高校财务档案安全管理效率及其利用率得到极大提高。The daily operation of financial departments in colleges and universities will produce a large amount of financial data,most of which will be stored in the form of paper files,and it is difficult to reuse them.OCR technology can identify the characteristics of data and tables in financial files through table detection and number recognition.This paper proposes to design a university financial archives management system based on OCR technology.The university financial archives are first scanned into image format,and then the OCR technology is used to automatically identify and extract the tables,words and data in the archives,and then realize the comprehensive information database management of university financial archives.This system can greatly improve the management efficiency and utilization rate of financial archives in colleges and universities.
