基于钻石理论的民办养老设施竞争力研究--以杭州市为例

摘　　要：老龄化背景下,如何提升民办养老设施的竞争力已成为新时代我国养老事业建设必须面对与重视的核心问题。基于钻石理论构建民办养老设施的评价指标体系,以杭州市民办养老设施POI数据为基础,运用核密度估计、障碍度模型等方法分析杭州市民办养老设施竞争力空间分布特征及其影响机理。研究结果显示:杭州市民办养老设施竞争力水平空间上呈现“核心边缘”特征;高竞争力民办养老设施紧邻主干道空间分布,与医疗设施、高房价区域、老年人口密度分布有较强一致性;床位数、街道/区县老年人口密度、周边房价、人均护理人员数量是影响竞争力提升的主要因子。Under the background of an aging society,the role of private pension facilities has transformed from“supplement”and“support”to“comprehensive development”in the original pension system.How to improve the competitiveness of private pension facilities has become the core problem that China's pension construction must face and pay attention to in the new era.Based on Diamond Theory,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of private pension facilities.Relying on POI data of Hangzhou citizen pension facilities,it analyzes the spatial distribution characteristics and its influencing mechanism of the competitiveness of Hangzhou citizen pension facilities,using Kernel Density Estimation and Obstacle Degree Model.The results show that the competitiveness level of the care facilities for the elderly in Hangzhou presents a“core-edge”feature;the spatial distribution of highly competitive private pension facilities adjacent to the main roads is strongly consistent with the distribution of medical facilities,areas with high housing prices and elderly population density;the number of beds,the density of elderly population in the street/district/county,the surrounding housing prices and the number of nursing staff per capita are the main factors that hinder the improvement of its competitiveness.
