摘 要:本文利用中分辨率成像光谱仪(Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer,MODIS)归一化植被指数(Normalized Difference Vegetation Index,NDVI)分析2000―2018年神农架林区植被指数时空变异特征,并探讨神农架自然保护区内植被NDVI变化趋势及其与气候因子的关系。结果表明,2000―2018年,神农架林区植被NDVI年均值为0.64,总体以0.003/a的速率显著上升;不同植被类型NDVI有较大差异,针阔混交林植被NDVI最高,而灌丛与草地植被NDVI较低;林区植被NDVI空间分布差异显著,表现为中部较高,周边较低。对神农架自然保护区和外部植被NDVI年际变异进行分析,发现保护区植被NDVI年均值较高,且其增长趋势高于保护区外部,表明自然保护区保护成效较佳。同时自然保护区植被NDVI与总辐射和温度呈现显著的正相关性,与降水量的相关性较低,说明光照和温度是影响神农架自然保护区植被NDVI年际变化的主要因素。Spatial temporal variations of NDVI,the variation trend of NDVI and its relationship with climate factors in Shennongjia Forestry Area were analyzed in this paper based on MODIS NDVI data.The results show that average annual NDVI from 2000 to 2018 was 0.63 in the Area and the NDVI has increased by 0.003/a.The NDVI differs significantly between different vegetation types,the NDVI of conifer and broad leaf mixed forest was the biggest,while that of shrub and grassland was the smallest.The spatial distribution of NDVI in the forest area had significant spatial heterogeneity,higher in central part and lower in the surrounding area.After analyzing the interannual variation of the NDVI of the vegetation inside and outside the Shennongjia Nature Reserve,it is found that the annual average value of the NDVI of the vegetation inside the Reserve is higher and its growth trend is greater than that of the outside of the Reserve,indicating that the Nature Reserve had been better protected.The NDVI of vegetation in the Nature Reserve was positively correlated with total radiation and temperature,but a less correlation with precipitation,indicating that radiation and temperature are the main factors during vegetation NDVI change in the Nature Reserve.
