摘  要:目的分析新型冠状病毒感染(COVID-19)患者的发热特征及核酸转阴时间的影响因素。方法收集2022年3月27日—5月24日上海世博馆方舱医院收治的356例COVID-19发热患者的临床资料,分析发热的基本特征及核酸转阴时间。结果logistic回归分析显示,年龄、发热时间、发热期ORF 1 ab基因和N基因的Ct值均为核酸转阴时间的影响因子,其中发热期ORF 1 ab基因的Ct值对转阴时间影响的关联性更强。结论Omicron株感染患者的年龄、发热时间、发热期ORF 1 ab基因和N基因的Ct值均为核酸转阴时间的独立影响因子,其中发热期ORF 1 ab基因的Ct值关联性更强,可用于预测患者可能的核酸转阴时间。Objective To analyze the characteristics of fever and factors influencing the negative conversion time of nucleic acid in novel coronavirus(COVID-19)infected patients.Methods The clinical data of 356 COVID-19 infected patients with fever admitted to Shanghai World Expo Shelter Hospital from March 27 to May 24,2022 were collected,and the basic characteristics of fever and the time of nucleic acid negative conversion were analyzed.Results The logistic regression analysis showed that the age,days of fever,Ct value of ORF 1 ab gene during fever period,and Ct value of N gene during fever period were all influencing factors of the nucleic acid negative conversion time,and the Ct value of ORF 1 ab gene during fever period was more related to the negative conversion time than that of N gene.Conclusion The age,days of fever,Ct values of ORF 1 ab gene and N gene during fever period of Omicron variant infected patients were independent influencing factors of the negative conversion time of nucleic acid.Among them,the Ct value of ORF 1 ab gene during fever period was more relevant,which can be used to predict the time for the negative conversion of nucleic acid in patients.
