摘　　要：目的分析肠结核(ITB)的临床病例特点,提高对非传统好发部位的不典型ITB的认识,减少误诊和漏诊。方法回顾性分析2013年1月—2019年12月在福建医科大学附属第一医院最终诊断为ITB的74例患者的临床资料。结果74例中,男性48例,女性26例,年龄17~73岁。病变仅累及小肠11例(14.86%)、仅累及结肠12例(16.22%)、小肠和结肠均累及51例(68.92%)。累及的部位数<4个42例(56.76%)、≥4个32例(43.24%)。肠腔非狭窄非穿透38例(51.35%)、肠腔狭窄33例(44.59%)、肠腔穿透2例(2.70%)、肠腔狭窄并穿透1例(1.36%)。结论ITB可表现为仅累及小肠、结肠或同时累及小肠和结肠,也可表现为累及多节段肠管。Objective To analyzed the clinical characteristics of intestinal tuberculosis(ITB)to increase the understanding of atypical tuberculosis in nonclassical predilection sites and reduce misdiagnoses and missed diagnoses.Methods Seventy-four cases diagnosed with ITB in The First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from January 2013 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among the 74 cases,48 were male and 26 were female,aged 17-73 years.The lesions involved only the small intestine in 11 cases(14.86%),only the colon in 12 cases(16.22%),and both the small intestine and colon in 51 cases(68.92%).There were 42 cases(56.76%)with less than 4 sites involved,and the remaining 32 cases(43.24%)with a minimum of 4 sites involved.The intestinal lumen was non-stenotic and non-penetrating in 38 cases(51.35%),intestinal stenosis in 33 cases(44.59%),intestinal penetration in 2 cases(2.70%),and intestinal stenosis with penetration in 1 cases(1.36%).Conclusions ITB can present with the involvement of the small bowel alone or together with the colon.It can also come with multiple segmental involvements of the intestine.
