摘　　要：加速康复外科理念的兴起与发展得益于国内外学者对医疗质量、医疗效率及其影响因素的探索与研究,而其能够成功实施与推广有赖于自上而下管理制度的建立。本文在总结我国2019—2022年加速康复外科骨科试点工作的基础上,结合各医院的管理经验,系统阐述了医院骨科加速康复的实施条件、医院组织架构与职责、医院骨科加速康复的实施与管理,旨在为骨科加速康复的进一步实施与推广提供参考。The rise and development of the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery benefits from the exploration and research of domestic and foreign scholars on medical quality,medical efficiency and its influencing factors,and its successful implementation and promotion depends on the establishment of a top-down management system.On the basis of summing up the pilot work of enhanced recovery after surgery in orthopaedics in China from 2019 to 2022,and combining the management experience of various hospitals,this article systematically expounded the implementation conditions,organizational structure and responsibilities,and implementation and management of enhanced recovery after surgery in orthopaedic surgery so as to provide reference for the further implementation and promotion of enhanced recovery after surgery in orthopaedics.
