摘　　要：腰骶椎结核病灶清除术的手术入路包括前路、后路、前后联合入路,目前尚未形成统一的手术方法。已有研究主要针对后路病灶清除术治疗腰骶椎结核,但随着医疗技术的发展和手术经验的总结,腰骶椎结核前路手术在病灶清除效率及脊柱稳定性、生理曲度留存方面的优势不断扩大。本文旨在通过全面的文献综述,评价及探究腰骶椎结核前路手术的优势和局限性,为腰骶椎结核手术入路的选择提供一种新的参考。Lumbosacral vertebral tuberculosis debridement had anterior,posterior,and combined anterior and posterior approaches,and there is still no universally uniform surgical method.Most of the research are focusing on the posterior approach debridement for lumbosacral vertebral tuberculosis.However,with the progress of medical technology and the summary of surgical experiences,the advantages of anterior approach surgery for lumbosacral vertebral tuberculosis as lesion removal efficacy and retention of spinal stability and physiological curvature have expanded.In this article,the advantages and limitations of anterior approach debridement for lumbosacral vertebral tuberculosis were evaluated and investigated through a comprehensive literature review so as to provide a new reference for the choice of surgical access for lumbosacral vertebral tuberculosis.
