摘  要:砷被国际癌症研究机构归为第一类致癌物,它具有水溶性的特点。地方性砷中毒是一种生物地球化学性疾病,是居住在特定地理环境条件下的居民,长期通过饮水、空气或食物摄入过量的无机砷而引起的以皮肤色素脱失和(或)过度沉着掌跖角化为主要临床特征的全身性慢性中毒。有严格地区性。近年,胃肠道微生物组的变化与人类和动物的疾病相关性研究较多,肠道菌群对人体有着非常重要的作用,肠道菌群稳态的稳定与疾病的发生发展存在关联性。Arsenic is classified as the first class carcinogen by the International Agency for Research on Cancer,which has the characteristics of water solubility.Endemic arsenism is a biogeochemical disease.It is a systemic chronic poisoning caused by residents living in a specific geographical environment who ingest excessive inorganic arsenic through drinking water,air or food for a long time,with skin pigmentation loss and/or excessive palmoplantar keratosis as the main clinical features.It is strictly regional.In recent years,there have been many studies on the correlation between the changes of gastrointestinal microflora and human and animal diseases.The intestinal microflora plays a very important role in human body.The stability of intestinal microflora is related to the occurrence and development of diseases.
