摘 要:目的 探究基于信息-机动-行为(IMB)理论的健康教育对产妇剖宫产术后自我效能的影响。方法 选取2021年1月至10月吉安市妇幼保健院收治的94例剖宫产产妇作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各47例。对照组给予常规护理,试验组给予IMB理论的健康教育。比较两组产妇干预前后的负性情绪评分、自我效能感评分、纯母乳喂养率、护理满意度等指标。结果 护理后,试验组的汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的自我效能感量表(GSES)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组在产后1、3、6个月时的纯母乳喂养率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组护理满意度为91.49%,高于对照组的74.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于IMB理论的健康教育对剖宫产术后产妇干预效果良好,能够改善产妇的负性情绪,提高自我效能感和护理满意度、产后纯母乳喂养率。Objective To investigate the effect of health education based on Information Mobility Behavior(IMB)theory on maternal self-efficacy after cesarean section.Methods Ninety-four parturients with cesarean section admitted to the Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Ji'an from January to October 2021 were selected as research objects,and were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given health education guided by IMB theory.The negative emotion score,self-efficacy score,exclusive breastfeeding rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups before and after the intervention were compared statistically.Results After nursing,Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score of experimental group were lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of general self-efficacy scale(GSES)in experimental group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of exclusive breastfeeding in experimental groups was higher than that in control group at postpartum 1,3 and 6 months,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of experimental group was 91.49%,which was higher than that of control group(74.47%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education based on IMB theory has a positive effect on postpartum women after cesarean section,which could improve the negative emotions,the self-efficacy and postpartum breast-feeding rate,the nursing satisfaction of patients.
