摘 要:目的研析饮食日记对改善血液透析护理质量指标的影响及应用优势性。方法选取2020年11月-2021年11月我院需实施血液透析治疗患者92例,由于开展的护理方案不同,将其分为以下2个小组。对比组46例:予以患者常规护理管理,实验组46例:在常规护理基础上,开展饮食日记,记录并分析相关数据结果。结果实验组在自我管理能力及对自身疾病认知等各项情况中均优于对比组(P<0.05)。实验组生理机能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、精力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康评价均高于比对组(P<0.05)。实验组护理专业性、沟通能力、服务态度及护理舒适度均高于比对组(P<0.05)。实验组不良反应发生率6.52%均低于比对组的30.43%(P<0.05).结论血液透析患者实施饮食日记护理不仅可改善患者遵医行为,还可提高自我管理能力,确保饮食合理性与均衡性,还可构建良好护患关系,减低高血压等不良反应出现。Objective The effect and application advantages of dietary diary on improving the quality index of hemodialysis care.Methods From 2020-11 to 2021-11,92 patients who needed hemodialysis were selected and divided into the following two groups due to different nursing plans.46 cases in the comparison group:routine nursing management of patients:46 cases in the experimental group:on the basis of routine nursing,a diet diary was carried out.Record and analyze relevant data results.Results The experimental group was better than the control group in seli^management ability and cognition of their own diseases(P<0.05).The evaluation of physiological function,physiological function,physical pain,energy,social function,emotional function and mental health in the experimental group were higher than those in the comparison group(P<0.05).The nursing professionalism,communication ability,service attitude and nursing comfort of the experimental group were higher than those in the comparison group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 6.52% lower than that in the comparison group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of dietary diary care for hemodialysis patients can not only improve patients'compliance behavior,but also improve self-management ability,ensure rational and balanced diet,build a good care-patient relationship,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions such as hypertension.
