人文关怀理念指导下的舒适性护理应用于麻醉恢复室患者的前瞻性随机研究

摘　　要：目的探讨人文关怀理念指导下的舒适性护理应用于麻醉恢复室患者的干预效果。方法选取2021年2月至2021年7月我院收治的64例麻醉恢复室患者,按照随机数字表法分成对照组(32例)和观察组(32例)。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予人文关怀理念指导下的舒适性护理,两组患者均连续护理至出室。记录并分析相关数据。结果意识、血压、呼吸、活动力生理功能各项评分:两组护理后与护理前相比均升高,同时观察组比对照组高;护理期间,观察组患者的并发症发生率比对照组低;观察组患者麻醉苏醒时间比对照组短;Aldrete评分比对照组高;护理满意度:观察组患者护理后比对照组高,(均P<0.05).结论麻醉恢复室患者应用舒适性护理(人文关怀理念指导下),可有效改善其生理机能,缩短麻醉苏醒时间,提高护理满意度,且安全性较高。Objective To explore the intervention effect of comfort nursing under the guidance of humanistic care concept in patients with anesthesia recovery room.Methods 64 patients admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to July 2021,2021 were selected and divided into control group(32 patients)and observation group(32 cases)according to random numbers.Patients in the control group were given routine care,and patients in the observation group gave comfort care under the guidance of the concept of humanistic care,record and analyze relevant data.Results Score of awareness,blood pressure,breathing,activity and physiological function:both groups increased after nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group;patients under observation group were lower than the control group;shorter anesthesia;Aldrete was higher than the control group;nursing satisfaction:higher than the control group after nursing(all P<0.05).Conclusion Comfort nursing(under the guidance of humanistic care concept)can effectively improve their physiological function,shorten the awakening time of anesthesia,improve their nursing satisfaction,and have high safety.
