摘　　要：目的分析华法林钠片、利伐沙班片用于肺栓塞抗凝对血气分析指标、D-D(D-二聚体)、IL-6(白细胞介素-6)的影响。方法选取我院2020年1月至2022年5月期间收治的72例肺栓塞患者作为探讨对象.以抽签法分为对照组与观察组,每组36例。对照组给予华法林钠片治疗.观察组给予利伐沙班片治疗,对比两组的血气分析指标、实验室指标。结果治疗后观察组PaO/FiO(氧合指数)与PaO_(2)(氧分压)高于对照组,PaCO_(2)(二氧化碳分压)低于对照组.差异比较均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组D-D、IL-6低于对照组,APTT(部分活化凝血酶原时间)高于对照组,差异比较均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论利伐沙班片对肺栓塞抗凝效果更好,对改善血气与炎症水平有一定影响.临床建议使用。Objective To analyze the effects of warfarin sodium tablets and rivaroxaban tablets on blood gas analysis index,D-D(D-dimer)and IL-6(interleukin-6)for pulmonary embolism and anticoagulation.Methods A total of 72 patients with pulmonary embolism admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the objects for exploration,and were divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots,with 36 cases in each group.Warfarin sodium tablets were given to the control group and rivaroxaban tablets were given to the observation group,and the blood gas analysis indexes and laboratory indicators of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,PaO/FiO(oxygenation index)and PaO_(2)(partial pressure of oxygen)were higher than those in the control group,PaCO_(2)(partial pressure of carbon dioxide)were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the observation group after treatment had lower D-D and il-6 than that in the control group,and APTT(partially activated prothrombin time)was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rivaroxaban tablets have better anticoagulant effect on pulmonary embolism,and have a certain effect on improving blood gas and inflammation levels,and are clinically recommended.
