改良非创伤性充填术治疗小儿龋齿VAS评分及咀嚼功能评分的效果分析

摘　　要：目的本文观察小儿龋齿治疗中,采用改良非创伤性充填术对VAS评分及咀嚼功能评分产生的影响,分析患儿可选择优质治疗方案。方法随机抽选我院收治于2019年8月10日-2021年6月30日的64例小儿龋齿患者为研究观察对象,将患者依据随机数字表法分两组,对照组(常规充填技术治疗)、实验组(改良非创伤性充填术),观察两组患儿疼痛(VAS)评分、咀嚼功能评分、咬合关系评分、康复情况、治疗有效率情况。结果实验组术后VAS评分显著低于对照组,实验组咀嚼功能评分、咬合关系评分显著高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组治疗总耗时、外观与功能恢复正常耗时显著短于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗有效率显著高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿龋齿治疗中,采用改良非创伤性充填术效果理想,患儿配合度高,显著提高治疗有效率,完善的龋齿充填能改善患儿咀嚼功能、咬合关系。Objective This article observes the effects of modified non-invasive filling on VAS score and masticatory function score in the treatment of pediatric dental caries,and analyzes the choice of high-quality treatment options for children.Methods A total of 64 pediatric patients with dental caries admitted to our hospital from August 10,2019 to June 30,2021 were randomly selected as the study observation subjects,and the patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,the control group(conventional filling technology treatment)and the experimental group(modified non-invasive filling),and the pain(VAS)score,chewing function score,occlusal relationship score,recovery and treatment response rate of the two groups were observed.Results The postoperative VAS score in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the chewing function score and occlusal relationship score in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the total treatment time,appearance and function recovery time in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment response rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of pediatric caries,the use of modified non-invasive filling has an ideal effect,the cooperation degree of the child is high,the treatment efficiency is significantly improved,and the perfect caries filling can improve the chewing function and occlusal relationship of the child.
