摘　　要：目的观察小儿咳嗽变异型哮喘采取集束化护理模式的临床效果。方法选取2020年5月-2022年7月收治的123例嗽变异型哮喘患儿为研究对象,按照患儿护理方式不同分为观察组和对照组,其中.63例实施集束化护理.其余60例实施常规护理的患者作为对照组,观察护理并发症发生率及症状缓解时间。结果观察组患儿护理并发症发生率3.17%低于对照组15.00%(P<0.05),且观察组患儿症状缓解时间短于对照组(P<0.05).结论小儿咳嗽变异型哮喘运用集束化护理效果显著,可满足患儿护理需求。Objective To observe the clinical effect of pediatric cough variant asthma in adopting a bundle care model.Methods In this study,123 children with asthma with variant asthma admitted from May 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the different nursing methods of the children,of which 63 patients were treated with cluster nursing,and the remaining 60 patients who were treated with routine nursing were used as the control group to observe the incidence of nursing complications and the time of symptom relief.Results The nursing complication rate of children in the observation group was 3.17%lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the symptom relief time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of cluster care for pediatric cough variant asthma can meet the nursing needs of children.
