头体针结合康复体位治疗脑梗塞39例临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨头体针结合康复体位治疗39例脑梗塞的临床效果。方法选择我院2020年8月-2021年7月收治74例脑梗死者为研究目标,试验组39例,对照组35例,对照组脑梗死者实施常规药物治疗再进行体针结合康复体位疗法,试验组在对照组的基础上再进行头体针结合康复体位疗法。最后观察两组治疗效果,对比两组治疗前后语言功能以及肢体功能评分,对比两组治疗前后纤维蛋白原以及血液流变学水平。结果试验组脑梗塞者治疗总有效率89.74%高于对照组71.43%(P<0.05);两组脑梗塞者治疗后语言功能以及肢体功能评分均显著提高,试验组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后全血高切黏度、血浆黏度、全血低切黏度、血小板以及纤维蛋白原均显著降低,试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论头体针结合康复体位治疗脑梗死的临床效果显著,能明显降低全血高切黏度、血浆黏度、全血低切黏度、血小板以及纤维蛋白原,改善机体的高黏滞状态,有效促进语言功能以及肢体功能的恢复。Objective The clinical effect of cephalic body acupuncture combined with rehabilitation position in the treatment of cerebral infarction in 39 cases was discussed.Methods From August 2020 to July 2021,74 cases of cerebral infarction patients were selected as the research goal,39 cases in the experimental group and 35 cases in the control group,and the control group of cerebral infarction patients were treated with conventional drug treatment and then carried out body acupuncture combined with rehabilitation position therapy,and the experimental group carried out cephalic body acupuncture combined with rehabilitation position therapy on the basis of the control group.Finally,the treatment effect of the two groups was observed,and the scores of speech function and limb function before and after treatment were compared,and the fibrinogen and blood rheological levels before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of cerebral infarction in the experimental group was 89.74%higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the speech function and limb function scores of the two groups of cerebral infarction patients were significantly improved after treatment,and the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the high shear viscosity,plasma viscosity,whole blood low cut viscosity,platelets and fibrinogen of whole blood were significantly reduced after treatment,and the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of cerebral infarction combined with rehabilitation position in the treatment of cerebral infarction is remarkable,which can significantly reduce the high shear viscosity,plasma viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,platelets and fibrinogen of whole blood,improve the high viscosity of the body,and effectively promote the recovery of language function and limb function.
