糖尿病终末期肾病血液透析患者临床研究

摘　　要：目的对糖尿病终末期肾病患者实施血液透析治疗的效果进行探讨和分析。方法选择我院于2019年1月-2021年12月期间收治的88例糖尿病终末期肾病患者展开研究,随机将其分为甲、乙两组,分别给予常规血液透析治疗与个体化血液透析治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组间的尿素氮和血肌酊水平差异并不显著(P>0.05),但乙组患者的血浆白蛋白和血红蛋白水平明显高于甲组(P<0.05);乙组患者的并发症发生率(2.27%)显著低于甲组的(25.00%),数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);乙组患者的治疗满意度97.73%明显高甲组的77.27%(P<0.05).结论糖尿病终末期肾病中制定个体化的血液透析治疗方案疗效显著,既能够改善患者的肾功能,又能降低并发症发生率,而患者对于其治疗的满意度也有显著的提高,说明其在临床上具有重要的推广价值。Objective To explore and analyze the effect of hemodialysis in patients with end-stage renal disease with diabetes.Methods A total of 88 patients with diabetic end-stage renal disease who were admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected for research,and they were randomly divided into two groups,A and B,and were given conventional hemodialysis treatment and individualized hemodialysis respectively.The treatment effect of the two groups of patients was compared.Results After treatment,there were no significant differences in blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine levels between the two groups(P>0.05),but the plasma albumin and hemoglobin levels in group B were significantly higher than those in group A(P<0.05);The incidence of complications(2.27%)in group A was significantly lower than that in group A(25.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction of patients in group B(97.73%)was significantly higher than that in group A(77.27%),the data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The individualized hemodialysis treatment plan for diabetic end-stage renal disease has a signiGcant effect,which can not only improve the renal function of the patients,but also reduce the incidence of complications,and the patients'satisfaction with the treatment has also been significantly improved,indicating that it is in the treatment of diabetes.It has important promotion value in clinical practice.
