经皮肝穿刺胆囊置管引流对急性胆源性胰腺炎的治疗作用

摘　　要：目的分析在急性胆源性胰腺炎患者治疗中经皮肝穿刺胆囊置管引流技术的使用效果。方法2022年1月到2022年12月间我院收治的急性胆源性胰腺炎患者,共60例,按照不同治疗方案分成对照组和观察组,30例常规急性胰腺炎综合治疗方案,归于对照组;30例联合经皮肝穿刺胆囊置管引流治疗,归于观察组。对两组治疗效果进行对比分析。结果在两组治疗效果的对比中,观察组血清淀粉酶恢复的时间、腹痛缓解的时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);在两组并发症的对比中,观察组并发症发生总几率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在急性胆源性胰腺炎患者治疗中,经皮肝穿刺胆囊置管引流技术的使用可提升治疗效果,促进患者恢复速度。Objective To analyze the effect of percutaneous liver puncture and gallbladder catheterization and drainage technique in the treatment of patients with acute biliary pancreatitis.Methods In the study,the patients with acute biliary pancreatitis admitted from January 2022 to December 2022.A total of 60 patients were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment plans;30 cases of conventional comprehensive treatment plan of acute pancreatitis were attributed to the control group;30 cases combined with percutaneous gallbladder catheterization and drainage were attributed to the observation group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results In the comparison of treatment effects between the two groups,the time of serum amylase recovery,the time of relief of abdominal pain,and hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).In the comparison between the two groups of complications,the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with acute biliary pancreatitis,the use of percutaneous liver puncture gallbladder catheterization and drainage technology can improve the treatment effect,promote the recovery speed of patients,and have high safety,which is worth popularizing.
