万古霉素治疗耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌肺炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨万古霉素治疗耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌肺炎老年患者的疗效分析。方法选取2019年6月-2020年10月在我院接受治疗的106例耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌肺炎老年患者为研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组.每组53例.其中对照组给予利奈哩胺进行治疗,研究组则采用万古霉素治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果及治疗后不良反应的发生情况。结果研究组患者的治疗效果与对照组的治疗效果相差不多;研究组的患者血小板减少率低于对照组,但研究组患者肾功能损伤的发生情况高于对照组,差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌肺炎老年患者进行万古霉素治疗中具有良好的应用效果,还能有效减少患者的血小板减少不良反应的发生率。Objective To explore the efficacy of vancomycin in the treatment of elderly patients with methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus pneumonia.Methods A total of 106 elderly patients with methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus pneumonia who were treated in our hospital from June 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and randomly divided into a research group and a control group,with 53 cases in each group,of which the control group was treated with linezolid,while the research group was treated with vancomycin to observe the treatment effect of the two groups and the comparison of the occurrence of adverse reactions after treatment.Results The treatment effect of the patients in the study group was similar to that of the control group;Patients in the study group had a lower rate of thrombocytopenia than those in the control group,but the incidence of adverse effects of renal impairment in the study group was higher than in the control group.It can be seen that the total incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups is not much different,and the difference is not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Vancomycin treatment for elderly patients with methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus pneumonia has a good application effect,and can effectively reduce the incidence of thrombocytopenia adverse reactions in patients.
