摘  要:目的探讨椽酸钠体外抗凝技术血液透析中护理应用效果。方法选取2019年5月-2020年7月在我院进行椽酸钠体外抗凝技术血液透析患者31例为研究对象,在为31例血液透析患者进行橡酸钠体外抗凝技术治疗的同时,提供相应的护理服务措施,回顾性分析31例血液透析患者治疗情况,分析观察31例血液透析患者橡酸钠体外抗凝技术治疗时护理应用效果。结果干预后,31例血液透析患者心慌情绪、焦虑情绪及抑郁情绪水平改善效果明显好于干预前,数据比较存在意义(P<0.05);31例血液透析患者出现2例凝血现象,1例出血现象,不良反应率为9.68%(3/31)。结论橡酸钠体外抗凝技术血液透析中护理应用效果显著,能稳定好患者情绪,降低不良反应率,值得应用。Objective To explore the nursing application effect of sodium citrate in vitro anticoagulation technology in hemodialysis.Methods From May 2019 to July 2020,31 patients who underwent sodium citrate in vitro anticoagulation technology hemodialysis were selected as the research objects,and while performing in vitro anticoagulation technology treatment with sodium citrate for 31 hemodialysis patients,corresponding nursing service measures were provided,the treatment of 31 hemodialysis patients was retrospectively analyzed,and the nursing application effect of sodium crate in vitro anticoagulation technology treatment was analyzed and observed in 31 hemodialysis patients.Results After intervention,the improvement effect of palpitation,anxiety and depression in 31 hemodialysis patients was significantly better than before the intervention,and the data were meaningful(P<0.05);31 hemodialysis patients experienced coagulation in 2 cases and bleeding in 1 case,and the adverse reaction rate was 9.68%(3/31).Conclusion The nursing application of sodium in vitro anticoagulation technology hemodialysis has a remarkable effect,which can stabilize the patient's mood and reduce the rate of adverse reactions,which is worth applying.
