系统呼吸训练护理对经电视胸腔镜行肺结节切除术患者呼吸功能、生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探究经电视胸腔镜行肺结节切除术患者采用系统呼吸训练护理的应用效果。方法依据随机数字表法对本院2019年3月-2021年2月收治的350例经电视胸腔镜行肺结节切除术患者分组(各组175例)探究,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用系统呼吸训练护理,对比两组呼吸功能指标、生活质量评分、并发症发生率:结果观察组手术时间、术中输液量、气管拔除时间等少于对照组,观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,观察组呼吸功能指标低于对照组,数据差异明显(P<0.05);干预后,观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论系统护理训练护理可显著减少本研究患者并发症,机体耐量增加,改善呼吸功能,生活质量明显提高,临床应用效果显著。Objective To explore the effect of systematic respiratory training in patients undergoing pulmonary tuberectomy by TV thoracoscopy.Methods According to the group of 350 patients treated in February 2021 from March 2019(175 patients),the control group adopted routine care,the observation group adopted the systematic respiratory training care,comparing the respiratory function index,quality of life score,complication rate.Results Intraoperative amount of infusion,tracheal extraction time were less than the control group,and the data were different(P<0.05),the complication score,and the data were different(P<0.05).After the intervention,the compliance rate of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic nursing training and nursing can significantly reduce the complications of patients in this study,improve respiratory function,and significantly improve the quality of life.
