摘　　要：目的了解四川省医疗消毒供应中心现状.为规范和提升行业管理水平提供依据。方法2021年1-5月对四川省现已运行的2家及筹建中的1家医疗消毒供应中心进行问卷调查和实地调研,并对结果进行分析。结果3家医疗消毒供应中心面积均大于2000m^(2),业务用房面积占比均>总面积85%;人员构成中工人57.14%,护士21.05%,其他21.81%,文化程度分别为中学34.59%,专科57.14%,本科及以上8.27%。防护用品配备、工作区域微小气候、清洗用水质量等基础指标均达标,清洗质量、包装质量、精密器械的过程管理需进一步加强。结论医疗消毒供应中心的建筑布局流程基本合理,设施设备的配备符合国家相关标准的要求,但在流程优化、质量控制、团队建设、人才培训等方面还需要加强。Objective To understand the current situation of medical disinfection supply centers in Sichuan Province,and provide basis for standardizing and improving the management level of the industry.Methods From January to May,2021,a questionnaire survey and field investigation were conducted among two medical disinfection supply centers in operation and one under construction in Sichuan Province,and the results were analyzed.Results The area of the three medical disinfection supply centers was more than 2000m^(2),and the proportion of business premises was more than 85%of the total area.Among the personnel composition,57.14%were workers,21.05% were nurses,and 21.81%were others.The educational level was 34.59% in middle school,57.14%in junior college,and 8.27% in undergraduate or above.Basic indicators such as protective equipment,microclimate in the working area and cleaning water quality all met the standards,and the process management of cleaning quality,packaging quality and precision instruments needs to be further strengthened.Conclusion The building layout process of the medical disinfection supply center is basically reasonable,and the facilities and equipment meet the requirements of relevant national standards,but it needs to be strengthened in terms of process optimization,quality control,team building,and talent training.
