摘　　要：文章通过算法新闻的聚合与分发、自动化新闻的采集与写作、编辑部场域中的数据新闻创新三个典型示例,以人—技关系的复杂博弈为切入点,探讨智能传播技术语境下人本主义新闻生产的实践境况与理论面向。研究发现,在新闻生产的前、中、后台,新闻用户与智能算法、新闻记者与写稿机器人、新闻编辑与数据技术间的关系状态分别体现为深度接合、动态协商与相对区隔,这三种差异化的人—技关系揭示并构建了人本主义在新闻生产不同阶段中被认知、理解与实践的具体方式,为人本主义新闻生产在当下的存续和坚守提供了学理支撑与经验路径。文章认为,对人本主义新闻生产及其人—技关系模式的聚焦与反思,有助于为智能传播技术语境下中国新闻业的整体转型锚定价值内核,开启新的实践可能。This paper discusses the practical situation and theoretical orientation of humanistic value in the context of intelligent communication technology through three typical examples: aggregation and distribution of algorithmic news,automated news collection and write, and the innovative practice of data news in the newsroom field, taking the complex game of human-technology relations as the starting point. The research finds that the practical relationships between news users and algorithms, news reporters and writing robots, news editors and data news technology in the foreground,on the stage and backstage of news production are respectively embodied as "deep integration", "dynamic negotiation" and "relative division". These three different human-technology relationships reveal and construct the specific ways in which humanistic values can be recognized, understood and practiced in different stages of news production. In this way they provide theoretical support and experience approach for the survival and persistence of humanistic news production at present. This paper believes that the focus and reflection on the humanistic news production and the human technology relationship mode will help to anchor the value core and open up new practical possibilities for the overall transformation of the Chinese Journalism in the context of intelligent communication technology.
