摘　　要：目的:探讨苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗高血压合并轻度慢性心力衰竭的效果。方法:选取锦州医科大学附属第一医院、德州市第二人民医院2019年12月—2020年12月收治的216例高血压合并轻度慢性心力衰竭患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,各108例。对照组予以福辛普利钠联合富马酸比索洛尔治疗,试验组在对照组基础上给予苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗,比较两组治疗前后心率、收缩压、舒张压、左室舒张末径(LVEDD)及左室射血分数(LVEF)水平。结果:治疗前,两组心率、收缩压、舒张压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组心率、收缩压、舒张压低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组LVEDD水平低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组;两组LVEF水平高于治疗前,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对高血压合并轻度慢性心力衰竭患者,在福辛普利联合富马酸比索洛尔基础上给予苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗,能够有效控制血压,同时显著优化患者心功能。Objective:To explore the effect of levamlodipine besylate tablets in the treatment of hypertension and mild chronic heart failure.Methods:A total of 216 patients with hypertension and mild chronic heart failure admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University and the Dezhou Second People's Hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into test group and control group according to the method of random number table,with 108 patients in each group.The control group was treated with fosinopril and bisoprolol fumarate.The test group was treated with levamlodipine besylate tablets on the basis of the control group.The levels of heart rate,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVDd)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in heart rate,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the heart rate,systolic blood pressure,and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the test group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,LVDd levels in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the test group was lower than the control group.The level of LVEF in the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and the test group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with hypertension and mild chronic heart failure,treatment of levamlodipine besylate tablets on the basis of fosinopril and bisoprolol fumarate can effectively control blood pressure and significantly optimize heart function.
