血府逐瘀汤治疗老年血瘀证型慢性失眠的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨血府逐瘀汤治疗老年血瘀证型慢性失眠的效果。方法:选取2021年2—6月北京市朝阳区常营社区卫生服务中心收治的40例老年血瘀证型慢性失眠患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各20例。对照组给予艾司唑仑片治疗,试验组给予血府逐瘀汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、中医证候评分。结果:两组治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组PSQI评分均低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组SAS,SDS评分均低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组中医证候评分均低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血府逐瘀汤有助于改善血瘀型慢性失眠患者的症状,提高睡眠质量,缓解患者的焦虑及抑郁状态。Objective:To explore the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of chronic insomnia with blood stasis syndrome in the elderly.Methods:Forty elderly patients of chronic insomnia with blood stasis syndrome admitted to Changying Community Health Service Center of Chaoyang District in Beijing from February 2021 to June 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Estazolam Tablets,and the experimental group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction.The treatment effect,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score,Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score,Selfrating Depression Scale(SDS)score,and TCM syndrome score were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the total effective rate of treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the PSQI scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the SAS and SDS scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction is beneficial to improve the symptoms and the quality of sleep,and relieve anxiety and depression of chronic insomnia patients with blood stasis syndrome.
