扶正祛痰化瘀法联合沙美特罗替卡松治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨扶正祛痰化瘀法联合沙美特罗替卡松治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期的效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2021年12月北京市西城区展览路医院收治的50例COPD稳定期患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各25例。对照组给予沙美特罗替卡松吸入治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予具有扶正祛痰化瘀作用的中药汤剂治疗,比较两组患者中医症状评分、慢性阻塞性肺疾病评估测试(CAT)评分、肺功能指标。结果:两组患者的中医症状评分、CAT评分、肺功能指标第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV_(1))和第1秒用力呼气容积/用力肺活量(FEV_(1)/FVC)均较治疗前改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组中医症状评分、CAT评分改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:扶正祛痰化瘀法联合沙美特罗替卡松可以改善COPD稳定期患者的症状和肺功能。Objective:To explore the effect of Fuzheng Qutan Huayu method combined with salmeterol fluticasone in the treatment of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:A total of 50 patients with stable COPD admitted to Beijing Xicheng District Exhibition Road Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,with 25 patients in each group.The control group was given salmeterol fluticasone inhalation treatment,and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine decoction with the functions of strengthening vital qi,dispelling phlegm and removing blood stasis on the basis of the treatment group.The TCM symptom score,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease assessment test(CAT)score and pulmonary function index were compared between two groups.Results:The TCM symptom score,CAT score,pulmonary function index including the percentage of forced expiratory volume in 1 second to the expected value(FEV_(1))and forced expiratory volume in 1 second to forced vital capacity(FEV_(1)/FVC)in the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of TCM symptom score and CAT score in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fuzheng Qutan Huayu method combined with salmeterol fluticasone can improve the symptoms and pulmonary function of patients with stable COPD.
