王不留行汤剂联合疏经通络推拿对产后母乳喂养及泌乳功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察王不留行汤剂联合疏经通络推拿对产后母乳喂养及泌乳功能,为提高母乳喂养进一步参考。方法:择取2021年3月~2022年3月在本院产科门诊建卡并于该院分娩的产妇90例。根据随机信封方法分为对照组、观察组各45例。对照组采用疏经通络推拿治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上口服王不留行汤剂,对比观察两组产妇泌乳始动时间、产后3天泌乳量、血清泌乳素水平、母乳喂养率、第3天乳房胀痛程度。结果:观察组泌乳始动时间早于对照组(P<0.05),产后1天、产后2天、产后3天,观察组泌乳量、泌乳素水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),且两组产后3天、2天泌乳量、泌乳素水平均高于产后1天(P<0.05)。观察组母乳喂养率高于对照组(P<0.05),乳房胀痛程度均轻于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:王不留行汤剂联合疏经通络推拿,可有效促进产后提前泌乳,增加乳汁分泌量,提高母乳喂养率,值得临床推广。Objective:To observe the effect of wangbuliuxing decoction combined with dredging meridians and dredging collaterals massage on postpartum breast-feeding and lactation function,and to provide further reference for improving breast-feeding.Methods:90 cases of parturients who had established cards in the obstetric clinic of our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 and delivered in the hospital were selected.The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with dredging meridians and dredging collaterals massage,and the observation group was treated with wangbuliuxing Decoction on the basis of the control group.The onset time of lactation,the amount of lactation 3 days after delivery,the level of serum prolactin,the breast feeding rate and the degree of breast swelling and pain on the third day were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:The onset time of lactation in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the lactation volume and prolactin level in the observation group were higher than those in the control group on the 1st,2nd and 3rd postpartum days(P<0.05),and the lactation volume and prolactin level on the 3rd and 2nd postpartum days were higher than those on the 1st postpartum day(P<0.05).The breast feeding rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the degree of breast swelling and pain was lighter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:wangbuliuxing decoction combined with dredging meridians and dredging collaterals massage can effectively promote postpartum early lactation,increase the amount of milk secretion,and improve the breast-feeding rate,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
