甘露清肠丸对阴虚燥热型便秘伴痤疮患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨甘露清肠丸对阴虚燥热型慢性功能性便秘伴痤疮患者的临床疗效,拓展甘露清肠丸的适应症范围。方法:将80例阴虚燥热型慢性功能性便秘伴痤疮患者随机分为对照组(乳果糖组)和治疗组(甘露清肠丸组)各40例,疗程共4周,观察并统计分析两组患者在治疗前后的中医临床症状、便秘程度、痤疮皮损程度的变化及便秘、痤疮的复发情况。结果:治疗组的便秘中医临床症状总积分差值、便秘程度总评分差值、便秘总有效率、痤疮皮损积分差值及痤疮总有效率均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组在治疗前后的便秘程度总评分差值与痤疮皮损积分差值均呈正相关(P<0.01)。此外,治疗组便秘复发率低于对照组(P<0.05),而两组痤疮复发率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:与乳果糖相比,甘露清肠丸治疗阴虚燥热型慢性功能性便秘伴痤疮患者的疗效更好,体现在改善便秘程度、降低便秘复发率及减少痤疮等方面。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Ganlu-Qingchang-Pills on chronic functional constipation with acne of Yin deficiency and dryness-heat type,and expand the application range of Ganlu-Qingchang-Pills.Methods:Eighty patients with chronic functional constipation accompanied with acne were randomly divided into control group(lactulose group,n=40)and treatment group(Ganlu-Qingchang-Pills group,n=40),the treatment course was 4 weeks,and observed and statistically analyzed the changes of Traditional Chinese Medical(TCM)clinical symptoms,degree of constipation and acne lesions,constipation and recurrence rate of acne in the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The total difference of TCM clinical symptoms of constipation,the total difference of constipation degree,the total effective rate of constipation,the total difference of acne lesions and the total effective rate of acne in treatment group were better than those in control group(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between the constipation score difference and the acne lesions score difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).In addition,the recurrence rate of constipation in treatment group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the recurrence rate of acne between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with lactulose,Ganlu-Qingchang-Pills has better efficacy in the treatment of chronic functional constipation with acne of Yin deficiency and dryness-heat,which is reflected in improving the degree of constipation,reducing the recurrence rate of constipation and reducing acne.
