摘　　要：退行性膝关节病是中老年人常见病症,在临床中较为常见,其疼痛反复发作,迁延难愈,严重影响患者的生活质量。随着人口老龄化的加剧,发病率也逐渐上升,同时消耗大量医疗资源。为求安全有效、经济适当的疗法,笔者在发挥传统中医疗法优势的基础上,通过点穴推拿通经活络、刺络拔罐引邪外出,结合肌肉能量技术维持关节结构与功能稳定,三者相辅相成,相得益彰,取得良好疗效。Degenerative knee joint disease is a common disease in middle-aged and elderly people,which is more common in clinical practice.Its pain is repeated and difficult to recover,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.With the aging of the population,the incidence has also gradually increased,while consuming a large amount of medical resources.In order to seek safe,effective,thrift economy and appropriate therapy,the author on the basis of giving play to the advantages of traditional TCM therapy,dredge the meridians through acupoint massage,pricking cupping to induce evil to go out;absorb the advantages of modern rehabilitation therapy,combined with muscle energy technology to maintain the joint structure and functional stability.The methods complement each other,and achieve satisfactory curative effect.
