基于数据挖掘探讨灸法治疗慢性腹泻的灸法种类及选穴规律

摘　　要：目的:运用数据挖掘技术,分析灸法治疗慢性腹泻的灸法种类及用穴规律。方法:检索并提取知网、万方、维普、PubMed及Embase数据库收录的相关临床研究文献,时间从建库至2021年12月,运用Microsoft Excel 2016建立相应数据库,SPSS Statistics 25.0软件对其进行分类整理、归纳分析,SPSS Modeler18.0软件对腧穴进行关联规则分析。结果:共纳入文献63篇,共涉及灸法9种,以温和灸为主(20篇),共涉及腧穴33个,取穴总频次为251次,频次使用前五的腧穴分别为:天枢(36次)、足三里(33次)、神阙(29次)、中脘(26次)及关元(23次),应用频率最高的经脉为任脉和足阳明胃经。聚类分析中的主要类群为脾俞-肾俞-胃俞-大肠俞、天枢-中脘-足三里-关元、上巨虚和神阙;关联规则分析:天枢-中脘-足三里-气海-脾俞的相关性最高。结论:通过数据挖掘技术分析得出,灸法治疗慢性腹泻以固本止泻、健脾利湿为原则;选穴以任脉穴和募穴为主,灸法以温和灸为主。Objective:To analyze the types of moxibustion and the law of acupoints selection in moxibustion treatment for chronic diarrhea with data mining technology.Method:Clinical studies from the establishment of the databases to December 2021 were retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,PubMed and Embase data were collected.Corresponding databases were established by using Microsoft Excel 2016 and classified and analyzed with SPSS Statistics 25.0,and the association rules of acupoints were analyzed by SPSS Modeler18.0.Results:A total of 63 articles were included,involving 9 types of moxibustion,majorly mild moxibustion(20 articles),and 33 acupoints with a total frequency of 251 times,the top five acupoints were Tianshu(ST25,36 times),Zusanli(ST36,33 times),Shenque(RN8,29 times),Zhongwan(RN12,26 times)and Guanyuan(CV4,23 times),majorly points from the Conception Vessel and the Stomach Meridian of Foot Yangming.The main cluster groups were Pishu(BL20)-Shenshu(BL23)-Weishu(BL21)-Dachangshu(BL25),Tianshu(ST25)-Zhongwan(RN12)-Zusanli(ST36)-Guanyuan(CV4),Shangjuxu(ST37)and Shenque(RN8);Benefiting from association rules,the correlation between acupoints is Tianshu(ST25)-Zhongwan(RN12)-Zusanli(ST36)-Qihai(CV6)-Pishu(BL20).Conclusion:Through the analysis of data mining technology,it is concluded that moxibustion in the treatment of chronic diarrhea is based on the principle of consolidating the root and stopping diarrhea and nourishing spleen and disinhibiting dampness.The main acupoints are Renmai and Mu acupoints,and the main moxibustion method is mild moxibustion.
