摘　　要：肩袖损伤是临床常见疾病,其发病机制目前尚不完全清楚,因肩痛及功能障碍,该病常给患者身心及工作生活带来沉重负担。肩袖损伤既往常选用手术治疗,近几年随着研究的深入,保守治疗亦成为备选方案。本文检索近年国内外相关研究文献,对该病的发病机制、诊断及保守治疗进展进行总结,为临床诊疗提供参考。Rotator cuff injury is a common clinical disease,and its pathogenesis is still not fully understood.Due to shoulder pain and dysfunction,the disease often brings heavy burden to patients'physical and mental health and work life.In the past,surgical treatment was used for the disease.In recent years,with the deepening of research,conservative treatment has also become an alternative.In this paper,relevant literatures at home and abroad in recent years were retrieved to summarize the pathogenesis,diagnosis and conservative treatment progress of this disease,so as to provide some reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
