摘　　要：随着现代生活的发展,肌筋膜疼痛综合征的发病率越来越高。针刺触发点疗法因其操作安全简单,疗效佳已被医生广泛地应用于临床实践当中,通过查阅近年来针刺触发点治疗肌筋膜疼痛综合征的文献,运用文献整理法,总结肌筋膜疼痛综合征中的相关中西医致病的机理以求能达到更好有效的预防、诊断和治疗肌筋膜疼痛综合征,并探究临床常见的特色针刺肌筋膜触发点技术的疗效,旨在为临床诊疗提供依据。With the development of modern life,the incidence of myofascial pain syndrome is increasing.Acupuncture trigger point therapy has also been widely used by doctors in clinical practice due to its safe and simple treatment operation and good efficacy.By referring to the literatures on acupuncture myofascial trigger point treatment of myofascial pain syndrome in recent years,literature sorting method was used.To summarize the pathogenesis of myofascial pain syndrome in traditional Chinese and western medicine,in order to achieve better and effective prevention,diagnosis and treatment of myofascial pain syndrome,and explore the curative effect of characteristic acupuncture myofascial trigger point technology common in clinic,in order to provide a basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
