摘  要:设计了一种基于环形波导耦合结构的圆波导TE_(01)模高功率微波(High-Power Microwave,HPM)滤波器,主要由圆波导半波长谐振器以及半径更大的圆波导耦合窗组成。根据耦合谐振理论得出目标TE_(01)模滤波器的外部Q值以及谐振腔之间的耦合系数,再根据波导结构尺寸和谐振频率、耦合系数、外部Q值三者之间的映射关系得到滤波器尺寸初值,仿真优化确定最终滤波器尺寸,有效提高了圆波导高次模滤波器的设计速度。设计了一款工作频率在9.4~9.7 GHz的TE_(01)模滤波器,并进行数值模拟实验,结果表明,采用164 mm直径圆波导实现的TE_(01)模圆波导HPM滤波器具有3.56 GW的功率容量。This paper presents a circular waveguide TE_(01) mode High-Power Microwave(HPM)filter based on ring waveguide coupling structure,which is mainly composed of circular waveguide half wavelength resonator and circular waveguide coupling window with larger radius.It is designed by using the resonant-coupling filter theory.According to the resonant-coupling filter theory,the external Q value of the filter and the coupling coefficient between the resonant cavities in TE_(01) mode are determined.Then,the initial size of the filter is obtained according to the mapping relationship between the waveguide structure and the resonant frequency,the coupling coefficient and the external Q value,the size is optimized for realizing the final filter.This method effectively improves the design speed of the circular waveguide high-order mode filter.A TE_(01) mode filter operating at 9.4 to 9.7 GHz is designed and numerically simulated.The results show that the TE_(01) mode circular waveguide HPM filter with 164 mm diameter circular waveguide has a power capacity of 3.56 GW.
