摘　　要：医养结合型养护院的人性化设计,是养老建筑发展的一个重要内容,可以有效提高老年人的生活幸福感。然而,我国目前大多数医养结合型养老设施仅提供封闭的集体化生活照料,忽视了老年人个性化的生理、心理和行为需求,使老年人对机构养老心生畏惧。基于理论研究,总结提出“以人为本的医养护一体化”的照护理念,并解读其三个核心观点。以贺州市第二养护院设计项目为例,提出“以人为本”医养结合型养护院设计的四个策略,以解决老年建筑的功能诉求。另外,分析总结了本设计方案中的三个方面特点。我国针对医养结合型养护院的人性化设计,是对适老化设计方法的实验性探索。The humanization design of medical-nursing combined retirement homes is an important part of the development of aged care buildings,which helps old people lead a healthy and carefree later life.However,at present,most medical-nursing combined institutional cares in China only provide closed collective life care,ignoring the elderly individualized physical,psychological and behavioral needs,which makes them afraid of the institutional caring service.Based on the theory study,we come up with the care concept of"people-oriented medical and nursing integration",and interpret three core ideas of it.Taking the project of the second nursing home in Hezhou,China as an example,we put forward four strategic inspirations for the building,so as to solve the functional demands of the retirement building.We also analyze and summarize three characteristics in our design.The humanization design of the medical-nursing combined institutional care in China is an experimental exploration of elderly-oriented design methods.
