彩浆封层铺面技术在工程中的应用研究

摘　　要：近年来,彩浆封层铺面技术因其自身的优点和简便的施工工艺,在城市建设中应用越来越广泛。以工程为背景,对彩浆封层铺面构成、施工工艺技术等进行分析,并将彩色改性沥青混凝土罩面、改性环氧树脂薄层及彩浆封层铺面的性能和经济指标进行比较。结果表明:彩浆封层铺面不仅施工工艺简单,而且在与路面粘结性能、提升路面的耐水损坏性能和温度稳定性,以及施工经济指标,都优于改性环氧树脂薄层和彩色改性沥青混凝土罩面。此研究为彩浆封层铺面技术广泛运用于城市建设中提供依据。At present,color paste sealing layer pavement technology was widely applied in urban construction as result of its own superiority and simple construction technology.This study expounded the composition and construction technology of color paste sealing layer paving,etc.,and then contrasted properties and economic indicators of color modified asphalt concrete overlay,modified epoxy resin thin layer and color paste sealing layer pavement in the background of project.The result showed that color paste sealing layer pavement was not only in the simple of construction process,but also was better in the pavement adhesion,water damage resistance,temperature stability and economic construction than color modified asphalt concrete overlay and modified epoxy resin thin layer.This study provided a basis for the wide application of color paste sealing layer pavement technology in urban construction.
