摘  要:裂缝性储层的裂缝预测难度大,研究裂缝性地层PDC钻头钻进响应特征对裂缝性储层随钻识别具有重要意义。文章利用水泥石材料制备的无裂缝水泥石试件、填充裂缝水泥石试件和张开裂缝水泥石试件开展了微PDC钻头钻进实验,监测不同裂缝类型的水泥石试件在钻进过程中的钻压、转速、扭矩、钻时等直接参数,通过计算机械比能、机械比能异常因子、机械比能波动因子和扭矩波动因子等衍生参数,揭示了不同裂缝类型的试件在PDC钻头钻进时的响应特征,构建了无缝、填充裂缝、张开裂缝在PDC钻头钻进时的特征图谱、评价指标体系和分类标准。并在渤中19-6气田进行了现场应用,与测井解释符合率达到了82%以上。该项研究成果为裂缝性储层的随钻识别诊断提供了实验依据。Fractured reservoirs are characterized by strong heterogeneity and anisotropy,which makes it difficult to predict fractures.It is the key to identify fractured reservoirs while drilling to clarify PDC bit drilling response characteristics.The cement stone specimens with no fracture,filled fracture and open fracture parameters were prepared,and used these specimens into micro-PDC bit drilling experiment.The direct parameters,such as weight on bit,rotation speed,torque and drilling time,were monitored during drilling of cement specimens with different fracture types.The derived parameters such as mechanical specific energy,mechanical specific energy anomaly factor,mechanical specific energy fluctuation factor and torque fluctuation factor were calculated.The drilling response characteristics of PDC bits with different fracture types were revealed.The characteristic map,evaluation index system and classification standard of different fractures were constructed.It has been applied in the Bozhong 19-6 gas field,and the coincidence rate with drilled logging interpretation reached more than 82%.This research results provide a basis for the identification and diagnosis of fractured reservoirs while drilling.
