摘 要:水平井投球暂堵压裂封堵炮眼技术是油气增产的重要技术之一,可有效地提高非常规油气资源开发效率。水平井中暂堵球运动和封堵炮眼过程较为复杂,存在井下暂堵位置不确定、暂堵球易脱落等问题。文章采用DEM—CFD耦合方法建立水平井投球暂堵数值模型,分析了水平井筒流场特性及暂堵球封堵炮眼的过程,以及不同工况参数对暂堵球封堵炮眼有效性的影响。结果表明:水平井压裂中射孔分流能力具有差异性,改变压裂液排量、黏度对改善簇内射孔分流均匀性不明显;当暂堵球在炮眼处满足封堵临界力学条件,可有效封堵炮眼,反之则脱离炮眼;只增加注入排量对封堵炮眼效率提高不明显,进入射孔簇前减小暂堵球与炮眼垂直距离,有利于暂堵球封堵炮眼;通过增大直径比、投放浮力球或悬浮球可以有效提高暂堵球封堵炮眼效率。该研究对认识水平井投球暂堵压裂工艺过程具有指导意义,为优化水平井炮眼封堵工艺提供理论和技术支撑。Blocking perforation of ball-activated temporary plugging fracturing in horizontal well is one of the important technologies to increase oil and gas production.The process of temporary plugging ball movement and blocking perforation in horizontal well is complicated,and there are some problems,such as uncertain location of downhole temporary plugging and easy falling off of the temporary plugging ball.In order to optimize the technology,using DEM-CFD coupled numerical analysis method to research on the effectiveness of influencing factors of the blocking cannon eye.The results:the perforation diversion capacity is different,and it is not significantly improved by changing the fracturing fluid displacement and viscosity;When the ball is temporarily blocked to meets the critical mechanical conditions of the blocking of the cannon can effectively block the cannon eyes,otherwise it is separated from the cannon eyes;Only increasing the injection displacement does not significantly improve,reducing the vertical distance between the temporarily blocked ball and the cannon eyes before entering the shot hole cluster is beneficial;Block the cannon eye improved by increasing diameter ratio K_(c) and placing buoyancy balls or suspending balls.
