摘  要:底封拖动分段压裂工具作为“三低”油气藏开发及低品位油气资源效益挖潜的一种利器,目前在国内油田大量推广应用取得了一定效果。但工具在长水平段中的作业性能难以满足油公司降本增效的需求。因此文章开展高性能底封拖动分段压裂工具研究,采用有限元模拟分析方法结合加工实际对喷嘴孔道参数、封隔器胶筒结构参数及卡瓦合金齿设计参数进行优化设计,数值计算结果表明喷嘴孔道长径比l/d,扩散角θ_(1),收缩角α_(1)在最优设计参数时喷嘴射流效果最佳。坐封胶筒采用“M”形结构,内外壁应力集中处设计应力释放槽,胶筒坐封时内部应力及管壁接触应力改善明显。锚定单元轴向承压70 MPa时卡瓦硬质合金齿的嵌入倾角α<27°,突出高度h<1.5 mm时套管径向形变最小。室内测试及现场应用结果表明,优化改进后的喷砂射孔器过砂能力10 m^(3)以上,封隔器胶筒反复坐封解封10次封隔压差70 MPa,作业管柱具备一趟管柱压裂10段以上的作业能力,能很好满足现场应用需求。As a powerful tool for developing “three-low” oil and gas reservoirs and exploiting the potential benefits of low-grade oil and gas resources,the bottom sealing drag type segmented fracturing tool has been widely applied in domestic oil fields and achieved certain results.However,the performance of tool in long horizontal section can not meet the demand of oil companies to reduce costs and increase efficiency.Therefore,in this paper research on the high performance bottom sealing drag type segmented fracturing tool has been carried out.Firstly,the finite element simulation analysis method was used to optimize the nozzle passage parameters,packer rubber bucket structure parameters and slip alloy tooth design parameters combined with the processing practice.The results showed that the length diameter ratio of nozzle passage 1/d the diffusion Angle θ_(1),the contraction Angle α_(1) designedoptimal parameter,the nozzle efflux effect is best.The setting rubber cylinder adopts M-shaped structure,and the stress release groove or hole is designed at the stress concentration of the inner and outer walls.The internal stress and pipe wall contact stress are improved obviously.When the axial pressure of anchor element is 70 MPa,the embedding Angle α of cemented carbide teeth of slips is <27°,and the radial deformation of casing is the minimum when the protruding height h<1.5 mm.At the same time,combined with the actual operating mode,to improve the tool processing manufacturing process optimization,indoor test and field application test results showed that the spray sand capacity of more than 10 m^(3),packer rubber tube repeatedly setting unlock packer differential pressure 70 MPa,10 times repeat setting performance is good,the string can anchor the qualitative and reliable,and have a visit to more than 10 pieces of string fracturing operation ability.
